At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Interior conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and Prime Minister Salem bin Braik. He praised the security efforts of the Hadramaut Coast Security Forces and their effective role in maintaining security and stability amid the current challenges facing the country.

Major General Haydan praised the outstanding performance of the governorate's police personnel, emphasizing that Hadramaut Governorate has set the finest examples of steadfastness and stability over the past period, thanks to the competence of its leaders and citizens, and the sacrifices they have made alongside the armed forces, represented by the Hadrami Elite Forces, and with the support of our brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The Minister of Interior emphasized that Hadramaut represents a fundamental pillar of the state system, noting the importance of continuing security coordination and enhancing preparedness to confront security challenges, given the political and economic transformations the country is witnessing. He stressed the need to keep pace with the economic reforms implemented by the government, which will enhance the efficiency of security agencies and contribute to improving the services provided to citizens.

For his part, the Director-General of the Hadramaut Coast Police, Brigadier General Matia Al-Menhali, welcomed the Minister of Interior's visit, stressing that this visit represents significant moral support for security personnel and encourages them to continue working with a high patriotic spirit and responsibility towards the security and stability of the governorate.

In a related context, the Minister of Interior, accompanied by the Director-General of the Hadramaut Coast Police, launched the Ministry of Interior's internal communication system between the Command and Control Directorates in the liberated governorates. 

This system operates via hotlines within a secure and modern internal network and aims to link departments and branches to the General Directorate of Command and Control. The new system facilitates the exchange of information and reports between security units, achieving rapid response and efficient performance, enhancing the effectiveness of security work, and raising the level of coordination between various departments and units.
