colleges and technical and professional fraternity.  Present in the meeting were   deputy directors of relevant departments of the Ministry Office .The meeting was chaired by  Engineer / Mohamed Aboud Bu-askr Director-General of the Office of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, which reviewed the Authority's commitment to discuss the training and teaching for the implementation of programs training and school decisions in the course of two full  semester course for vocational and technical  Examination for graduate  certificate ,students to prepare for the final exam,inations  which will start in the twenty-seventh  June. 2009 . The meeting also discussed a number of issues relating to students and colleges, including the completion of plans for the departments of institutes of technical and professional highlight and addressing  the difficulties and disadvantages they face Also to provide nutrition for students in  insititute Hostels.   It also  meeting discussed how teachers should   prepare their  questions and the Commission  responsible for drawing  final  examinations this year and the design of tanswer  sheets  (books) and  and to give time factor for the period of time  for each subject .  Eng.  Bu-askr confirmed that  that the total number of students applying to appear for final examinations (1109) students in various disciplines, including technical and professional (612) applicants appearing for the examinations as to transfer ,(497) students, male and female applicantsare are to   graduatie  for  the Leaving Certificate examinations according to the school caleder ,Noting that for this year intake he will be reducing the rate of acceptance for hostels, in line with financial allocations approved by the Ministry. He  called for  everyone to adhere to these and as well as to create the appropriate climate for students and educational process that serves institutes purposes as well as to prepare classrooms for students.
