http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Planning and Budget Committee, Hadhramout coast meets in Mukalla [The Source: Mukalla/hadhramaut.info - 20/06/2009] The Planning and Budget Committee Hadhramaut Coast Districts met today for its session in Mukalla.  The meeting was attended by Governor of Hadhramout Salem Ahmed Al- Khanbashi.The meeting was devoted to discuss and stand in front of the development trends for next year 2010 budget   preparation and to get acquainted with the activities of various offices and agencies concerned in preparing of the relevant operational plan and budget. Governor of Hadhramout  stressed on  the need to redouble efforts in the preparation of plans,  budget and the interaction with the efforts done by the Office of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and discuses these plans with the heads of administrative units in the Districts as well as  directors of the general office and executive agencies.  He called for concerned to take   advantage of previous data and the harnessing of all the financial resources to serve the issues of development in this district. He emphasized the need to accommodate all the observations and issues raised in the first sub committees  in local authority in the Province dealing with preparation of  budget also  the investment program and the process of development in different areas. The meeting was attended by   Secretary-General Hadhramaut Local Council Mr.  Ali Said Ba-yumein and the Under-Secretary for Technical Affairs, Eng. Fahd Saeed Al- Menhali
