http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Gtz trains 25 businesswomen from Hadhramaut [The Source: al-mukalla/hadhramaut.info - 10/06/2009] A three-day  training Session  organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry  in Hadhramaut  in  cooperation with the German development project for private sector development (G. T. Z). The aim of the training is to give the participants the knowledge and experience on the preparation of marketing systems, ways of dealing with private sector partners and to improve the productive performance of female labor market.  During the closing ceremony the Under Secretary of Hadhramout province, Umaier  Mbarak Umaier emphasized on the need to intensify such courses because of their importance in enhancing the capabilities of women and their entry into the commercial sphere as well as giving them the knowledge and skills to improve their performance in production. He also praised   Hadhramout Chamber of Commerce for adopting to   establish a special unit for businesswomen in order to contribute to the development of women and strengthen their capacities in the field of marketing and to integrate them into the labor market.  The closing ceremony of the session was attended by some members of the Board of the Hadhramout.
