Where by he commissioned the following  persons Names: Tariq Talib Falhom - Director-General  District  of Seiyoun. Salem  Yeslam Ben Sherman  - Director-General District  of Shibam. Abdullah Abeid Al-Gabri - Director-General of Rakhyeh These Decision orders that the general managers of the Districts of the Wadi and across the Sahraa as well as  the directors of offices, institutions,  bodies and government departments to work with these resolutions and to adopt  the date of issue on the sixth of June of the year 2009
