At the ceremony Mr. Mohammed Omar Al-jaberi  District of Saah gave a speech on behalf of the Local authority , the Director-General of Radio Sayoon Ahmed Bin Mahfouz Bin Ziad , Commission of Culture and Information Saah District    was given Mohammed Saleh Bafadhil  Chairman of the Committee , from  Al-wadiah border Post and passports  section give by Mr.  Saleh Mohsen  Bin Ali Jaber and the  Civil community organizations in Saah by  Mohammed Awad Bawazir Vice-Chairman - Coordination Board Diistrict  of civil society organizations and  on behalf of  was given by the family of the deceased by the deceased's brother, Ahmed Said Hanbal . All the speeches concentrated on  the  deceased's  qualities and roles in a number of activities, particularly his  outreach programm  as a volunteer when he  worked with  Seiyoun Radio Station as a broadcaster  through the preparation and submission of many of the programs relevant for the audience, as well as a correspondent for Radio the station in  Saah Districtt he use  to  transfer  the entire events in the Dis, including especially   during  rain and floods  disaster in late October of last year .
