http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Grass carpeting Company takes over Baradaim Football Stadium [The Source: al-mukalla/hadhramaut.info - 21/05/2009] Thursday morning saw the delivery of Baradim Football Stadium pitch in Mukalla to the Ayati Professional Company for Consulting Services for grass carpeting   . The handing over was done by  the ministerial committee headed by Mr.Hadi Abdullah Bahayan Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sport ,the company was  awarded the Grassing  tender  by the Ministry of Youth and Sports  the one financing  the project which will cost an estimated at $ 107,87,300 million. According to the contract signed between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the company, the quality of turf that produced by Turkish company fourth generation in addition to the work of excavation to the proper depth and drainage layer should be done according to the international standards, which consist of (pb_ ba) plastic tubes (UPI) The project will includes the implementing base asphalt thickness of (7 cm) of the quality The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Habashi, Director-General of the Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mohamed Al-Haj Hammoud, and Khaldoon Bakahil Committee members and Mr. Mohamed Abdullah Saleh, the executive director of the company.. It is expected that the work start will next month after the completion and delivery of the equipment to the site by the company which is going to implement the project.  The work will continue between eight months to a year. Meanwhile, work is going with the rebuilding of the demolished parts of the Baradim stadium, that being implemented by the Basbaa General Contracting Foundation which was also awarded the modernization and rehabilitation of the terraces and the main cabin of the stadium. The stadium lighting project  that will cost$ 91 million rails  and  being funded by the  Ministry of Youth and Sport,  was  recently  given  to Astir Cole  company .
