http://www.english.hadhramaut.info First day of vaccination campaign shows that 36% vaccinated [The Source: seiyoun/hadhramaut.info - 18/05/2009] The number of those vaccinated on the first day of the  national promotional campaign against polio  in the District of Wadi Hadhramaut  and Sahraa to be  24, 932 children between  boys and girls, including 4, 616 children less than one year and 20, 316 children less than five years that is  36% of the total target.The Director of the Expanded Program on Immunization ,  In charge of Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa   Mr. Jaffar Rubeyah Bin Ubaidillah told News Yemen (Saba), during his field visit  said that the number of vaccinated in  20,601 houses visited during the campaign  by  our mobile teams, or we can say  44% of the total number of homes targeted, he said, pointing out that  the statistics given  did not include the six districts  of the Sahraa , and the groups that are working in the remote Widyaan (valleys).
