http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Al-faqeeh inaugurates tourist map of the Republic of Yemen [The Source: /hadhramaut.info - 17/05/2009]  Minister of Tourism Nabil Hassan al-Faqih Launched a draft map of tourism of the Republic of Yemen,   the draft is the first of its kind in the efforts of the Ministry of Tourism to promote tourism to come up with the latest information and to inform and give the visitors to Yemen all data related to the tourist sector in the country. The Minister of Tourism in a statement to the Yemen News Agency (SABA) said that    establishing a tourist map of the Republic of Yemen is based on an extensive field survey, carried out by the Ministry of Tourism during the past period and included in it all the sites and places of attraction throughout the Yemeni governorates in republic. The map was made in cooperation with a big number of experts and academics. He stressed that the draft the map was based on a huge data, followed by a stage of analysis, data processing and decision-making as well as   finding solutions of many of the problems.Noting the importance of completing the map of tourism  so that it  t contributes to the promotion of tourism  and archaeological as there is a link that  associate  the data, information and images that are of  interest to tourists as well as  inform him of all aspects of tourism and archaeology.
