The ministry was referring to clashes that occurred between the government forces and rebels from the Southern Transitional Council.           In a statement to Saba, the Deputy Health Minister Jalal Ba-Oudha said that most of the wounded brought to the hospitals in Aden and to the Doctors without Borders are in critical conditions, which may lead to increase in fatalities.
