Bin-Daghrwas following up on the army's crackdown on the militants in a phone conversation with the province's governor Abu Bakr Hussein on Tuesday evening.           Bin-Daghr hailed the Yemeni army and the Saudi-led Arab Coalition's campaign against terrorism saying the Yemeni government is determined to root out the scourge and drain its finances wherever it existed.
