http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Under the auspices of the Islamic Society, home celebrates the Arab orphan Day [The Source: hadhramaut.info - 08/04/2009] Abdullah Awadh Ramadan  Deputy -Director of the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, Coastal District Mr. Abdullah Awadh Ramadhan, said  The Arab  orphan  Day celebration is  of  paramount importance and an appropriate opportunity in  participation with the  orphans who are  deprived of joy, and surround  them with kindnessThe Orphan Care is a  religious duty of the Prophet may Allah blessing be upon Him  when  said: that (me and the one who takes care of the orphan are together in Paradise Referring to the index and middle  finger ,)). This was said on Tuesday in the Fuwah Mukalla  during  the celebration whereby there was   rhetorical and recitation  held in honor of the orphanage  Day.,  This  was to mark the Arab Day for the orphans, which  was attended by Dr. Sadiq Omar iMaknoon - Vice-President Al-ahgaf University ,  Mohamed Saleh Maarouf - Director of the Office of Planning and Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Coast maintain, Hamza al-Hussein al-Husseini - the Secretary-General of the Islamic Society, Nobel Mohammed Bin Sheikh Abu Bakr – Director Al-mukalla Orphanage.  Dr. Zain Bin Aqeel a member of the Society   Welcomed the attendees, in his speech he stressed that the Islamic Society which is responsible for supervising the home care of orphans is making great efforts to provide full care for the children in the aspects of education and good upbringing, as well as aspects of education, so they do not lose sight of family affection, that have been deprived of. Maher Mohammed Bin Hedeij delivered a speech on behalf of the children whereby appreciating the support, care and attention they received at the home from the local authority in the province, the Social Affairs and labor office, as well as the administration of home and the Mukalla people, and donors and well-wishers.In the ceremony  a number of poems were recited  by  the home choir where the children gave a poem entitled (Welcome), (Palestine), and co-educational girls from Fuwa educational complex, gave flowers poem entitled (Wonderful Lord), a song by Al-dhiaa kindergarten children (Peace be upon you). By student, Ahmed Yahya Jeradi read prophet saying on preferred to stay on the care of orphans.The ceremony was attended by participants from Al-ahgaf University  Women's College,  Faculty of Social Work,  girls  college University of Hadramout ,the Center for Productive Families and number of students from basic education schools.  At the end of the ceremony several outstanding students from the orphanage, Al-baidhaa kindergarten, Fuwa complec for girl’s education, and the Women's College, Al-ahgaff University were honoured. The Orphanage has seen multiple events, including the cultural competition organized by the Women's College, University of Al-ahgaff , and distribution of gifts to the orphans. In addition, the home in the started multiple sports activities and poetry competition that lasted from the first until the seventh of April
