"This requires mobilizing enough financial resources to finance education and human resources development," said Bahah in a speech he delivered Thursday on inauguration ceremony of the Year of Education in Yemen 2015. Education has big significance in life of every nation wants progress regardless of its force in the world as it does not guarantee its progress only by education, said Bahah. "We, via our science, hard working, seriousness, beliefe and honesty, can build our beloved Yemen and improve all our living conditions to enjoy decent, secure and stable life," said Prime Minister. He unearthed a number of aims the government seeks to realize by making 2015 a year for education. These aims include spreading education across the country, seeking for providing good education system to all citizens and exerting efforts to qualify teachers. While he confirmed that education has realized tangible progress, he concluded that the real challenge, especially "in our region… remains the realization of peace and prosperity to our citizens."
