Following the constitutional routine ceremony, President Hadi addressed the new governors, talking about the difficulties and obstacles the country faces at political, economic and security levels.

"We are working with all good people in the country to overcome these obstacles,'' the President said. "The last few years were full of various challenges, however, we made doubled efforts with support of all brothers and friends along with the international community to implement the GCC-brokered deal, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the Peace and National Partnership Agreement.''

Hadi said that the Constitution Drafting Committee is about to complete the new constitution based on the principles of justice, equality and power and wealth sharing.

He also talked about the country’s new system of federalism, which as he said "doesn't mean separating the country, but distributes wealth and power fairly and gives full powers to the regions away from the excessive centralization that was one of the main obstacles to development. ''

The President gave the new governors required directives, urging them to be strong support for the government to achieve development in the country.
