http://www.english.hadhramaut.info President Hadi receives southern parliamentary members [The Source: SANA'A\Hadhramaut\Saba - Monday -22/Dec./2014] President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received on Monday a number of parliamentary members of the southern provinces led by Parliament deputy speaker Mohamed Ali al-Shadadi.

During the meeting, President Hadi expressed his appreciation for their support to the new cabinet headed by Prime Minister Khaled Bahah, indicating that the new government is a technocrat government not related to any parties.

"The technocrat government represents an exit to get out of the difficult situation in the country, which will complete the remaining tasks of the transitional phase,'' Hadi said.

He pointed out that the constitution's draft is under the final review and it will be ready in a few days in the framework of heading toward the path of implementing the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) in accordance with the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism and relevant UNSC Resolutions.

He added that the country would hold a referendum on the new constitution and then would hold the parliamentary elections in the capital and the regions.

Hadi said that the road to the future is through implementing the NDC outcomes on the ground based on a new system on the basis of justice, freedom and equality.

Moreover, the President indicated the support of the international community to Yemen, topped by the five permanent members of the Security Council and the European Union as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s states, who helped the country to not to be dragged into a civil war.

"The perfect road to get out of this crisis is through implementing the NDC outcomes and the Peace and National Partnership Agreement on the ground and heading toward achieving the required success,'' Hadi said.

"All Yemenis are equal in rights and duties and no one can move the wheel of change to the back,'' the President added.

Hadi said the progress of the political change in Yemen is under the guarantee of the international community and the United Nations, and no one can impede our progress.

Concerning solutions to the Southern issue, President said that several approvals have been taken in this regard based on the NDC outcomes.
