http://www.english.hadhramaut.info overall wheat production rose up [The Source: www.hadhramaut.info - 8/3/2009] Abdulmalik Athour , undersecretary of ministry of agriculture and irrigation , alongside deputy chairman of  agricultural research general authority visited the pioneer fields of Saleh Project to spread technology awareness in Saioun  and Tareem and using them in planting wheat ,dates,figs and mangoes. Mr Athour expressed his appreciation for the efforts exerted by the local staff in rendering this project successful . It is to be noted that the overall wheat production rose up to 10,900 ton .
