President Obama telephones President Hadi

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received on Friday evening a phone call from U.S. President Barack Obama.
During the call conversation, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and the latest developments on the ground at various levels, as well as the progress of implementing the Peace and National Partnership Agreement.
President Obama reaffirmed his country's full support for Yemen's security, stability and unity, highly commending the efforts of President Hadi and his wise leadership in the way of completing the remaining tasks of the transitional phase.
He confirmed his country's support along with the international community to help implement the GCC-brokered deal, as well as the Peace and National Partnership Agreement completely on the ground.
Obama called on all Yemeni political parties and other components to work together in the path of accelerating the implementation of the Peace and National Partnership Agreement.
He said that the U.S. administration is watching with great concern the progress in the country, especially following the successful conclusion of the National Dialogue Conference which represents a roadmap towards building the future of Yemen in the framework of its federal state.
For his part, President Hadi expressed his appreciation for President Obama for the efforts he has made in support for Yemen at different circumstances, praising the support of the United States along with the international community for the political settlement process in the country based on the Gulf initiative and the NDC outcomes.
Hadi stressed the importance of the continued support of the United States and the international community for Yemen at economic and political fields in order to be able to overcome the critical situation to realize the desired future.
