Tunisian ambassador to Yemen Tawfiq Jaber, over cooperation relations between the two countries and means of improving them.Basoura and Jaber also discussed a mechanism of activating a scientific cooperation agreement among education institutes and universities of the two countries through exchanging academicians in the universities, organizing joint scientific conferences, researches and studies and getting advantage of Tunisia's high education experiences.Basoura has confirmed Yemen's interest to improve its ties with Tunisia and boost them in various fields, indicating importance of activating the mutual agreements signed among Yemeni and Tunisian universities.The Yemeni official also held talks with Iranian ambassador to Yemen Mahmoud Hassan Zado, over means of improving and boosting cooperation ties between the two countries in the fields of higher education and scientific research.The two officials discussed the available mechanisms to link electronically Yemeni and Iranian universities, exchange experiences and visits and possibilities of making use of Iran's scientific research experiences.They reviewed Higher education issues which to be discussed during the upcoming meetings of the Yemeni-Iranian Joint Ministerial Committee, the possibility of opening a department of Persian language at Languages College in Sana'a University and mechanisms of exchanging Islamic history study researchers.
