Djibouti for a visit during which he will head the Yemeni side at the Yemeni-Djiboutian Ministerial Committee meeting. Al-Qirbi said he will, on the visit, deliver a letter from President Ali Abdullah Saleh to his Djiboutian counterpart Ismail Omar Guelleh regarding the bilateral relationship. The 5th round of the committee will evaluate cooperation between the two countries in last years and confirm the interest of them in boosting mutual cooperation through signing a number of agreements in various fields with a focus on trade and investment. Al-Qirbi noted the meeting will also deal with regional crucial issues topped stability in Somalia and the African Horn as well as piracy, a recently soaring phenomenon threatening the region waterways and affecting the region economies.
