http://www.english.hadhramaut.info FM meets counterparts in OIC session in Jeddah [The Source: SANA'A\Hadhramaut\Saba - Thursday -19/JUNE/2014] Foreign Minister Jamal al-Salal has met ,on the sideline of the 41st Session of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states holding in the Saudi city ,Jeddah , with a number of foreign ministers and heads of delegations participating in the conference. Al-Salal has separately met with First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah , Foreign Minister of Qatar Khalid al-Atiya , Bahraini Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa , Jordan's Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh , Djibouti Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, Mauritanian Minister for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Ould Teguedi and Kosovo's Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj. At the meetings, al-Salal briefed them on Yemen's achievements, under the leadership of President Abdo Rabu Mansour Hadi, in implementing the Gulf initiative and its mechanism and the UNSC resolutions No.2140 for 2014 as well. He stressed the importance of continue supporting the political process in Yemen as well as its efforts in fighting against terrorism and extremism, which have a very negative impact on the national economy, and threatens the safety and security of Yemen and the region as a whole. Their meetings also touched on aspects of cooperation and ways of boosting them among their countries. For their parts, the ministers hailed the distinguished fraternal relations between their countries and Yemen in various fields , renewing their full support to Yemen and the President's efforts to success the political transition process.
