During the handout ceremonies, Information Minister Ali al-Amrani expressed appreciation of the US and Japanese gift, pointing that the equipment would make a quantum leap in the channel's works. Japanese ambassador Katsu Yoshie Hayashi and US embassy chargé d'affaires Karen Sasahara also delivered speeches, in which they expressed readiness to provide more support for media field to improve the its performance.
