Speaking to Saba, Benomar said that he would meet with President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi to talk over the implementation of the NDC outcomes and the political transition in Yemen. "There are many political steps should be taken within the GCC-brkered Initiative and its Implementation Mechanism topped by the new constitution", the UN envoy said. "I will prepare my upcoming report to present it to the Security Council on 24 April over the political situation in the country as well as preparing for the Yemen friends meeting to be held in 29 April in London", he added .
