Salem stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation relations between Yemen and South Korea to serve common interests of both countries, appreciating support provided by South Korea for the success of Yemen’s transition. Both sides reviewed judicial measures taken to resolve contentious cases, and legal guarantees ensured by the Constitution and laws, emphasizing that the Yemeni constitution bans any intervention of any party in the judiciary affairs. For his part, the ambassador cited that his country is keen to develop relations with Yemen in the judiciary area, affirming that South Korea will continue supporting Yemen in economic areas.
