They discussed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields and ways of strengthening cooperation in military and security areas. The meeting reviewed the steps made to implement the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC) in addition to the latest developments in the local arena. Saleh hailed the role Russia has played in support of the political settlement in Yemen as well as the implementation of the NDC's outcomes. For this part, Didohchin underlined that Russia would stand by Yemen in the current stage, particularly in the implementation of the NDC's outcomes.
