President Abdo Rabu Mansour Hadi received on Wednesday a cable of felicitations from Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the success of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC).

I would like to express my sincere congratulations over the success of the NDC which would result to fruitful outcomes in the establishment of security and stability in Yemen, as well as directing the energies of the Yemeni people towards building their new state," Kuwaiti Emir said.

He also wished for the President a good health and happiness and for the Yemenis all progress and prosperity.
