CAIRO, June 06 (Saba) - Yemen has called on all parties to the conflict in Syria to start a serious dialogue leads to a political settlement that ensures the unity, independence and sovereignty of the Syrian territory, Yemen's permanent representative in the Arab League (AL) said Thursday.
In the Arab Foreign Ministers extraordinary meeting held on Wednesday in Cairo, Mohammed al-Haisami, the Yemeni delegation's head, demanded to stop the violence and bloodshed of the Syrians and to help the Syrian disputing parties to give priority to the voice of reason and begin a dialogue.

He underlined the importance of making a responsible and new Arab vision to be presented in Geneva Conference II, which is the last chance to show the must-be-taken steps to resolve the Syrian crisis and to prevent the collapse of the Syrian State.

"It is also important to put an end to the deterioration of the humanitarian situation … and to work on opening safe corridors to ensure access of humanitarian aid to the hundreds of thousands of Syrian displaced people in the neighboring countries," al-Haisami said.

He stressed that the continued use of force and violence would only makes it more complicated and "will have also a harmful impact on the countries of the region and its surrounding countries as well."

The Arab Foreign Ministers meeting dedicated its discussions on two key topics; the situation developments on Syria in light of the escalation of violence and killings and the project of al-Quds train the Israeli occupation intends to create in a violation of all international resolutions.
