http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Yemen partakes in Regional Forum on Human Rights in Arab region [The Source: Mukalla/Hadramoutinfo/Saba.net - 24/2/2013] Chairman of the National Committee for Human Rights in Qatar Ali Al Marri has praised the distinct cooperation of Yemeni human rights movement with the committee in promoting the human rights work in the Arabian Gulf region. This came at the opening of the Regional Forum on human rights movement in the Arab region - reality challenges and future prospects – which is organized by the Information and Training Center for Human Rights in collaboration with the National Committee for Human Rights in Qatar and will last two-day with the participation of 35 activists from ten Arab countries and hosted by the Qatari capital ,Doha. For his part, Head of the Information and Training Center for Human Rights ,Izzedine al-Asbahi, confirmed that the Regional Forum is a serious step to assess the course of action of the human rights movement during the current phase. The forum will discuss the challenges of the current reality and the key obstacles before the human rights movement and prospects of the common future action, al-Asbahi added.
